SHOP NEWS & EVENTS: 4th of July Sale + Pop Up Shops and Local Events!

I’ve been a busy lady these past few months!  Not only have I begun working professionally as a photographer for a local fashion company (finally), but I’ve also been juggling the planning of my upcoming nuptials!  It’s been a bit crazy, but honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way.

But first thing’s first- you’re probably like hey, you mentioned a sale…I wanna know!

Right now, through Sunday 07/06/14 the ENTIRE shop is 20% off!

No coupon code needed!

Visit Joules Jewels Vintage to take a look-see at what we have up our sleeves.

Okay, now back to it.  As if I didn’t have enough going on these days, I have decided that my schedule isn’t full enough (call me crazy) and I’ve added two shows and will be opening up our Mission location twice a month (2nd and last weekends of July and August) where we will feature an artist and a designer to showcase and sell their work.  They don’t call it summer of love for nothing!

We are still looking for designers and artists to fill some spots, so if you’re interested, comment below with your email or send me a note to info [at]  You can also DM me on Instagram with a sample of your work @jjoules.

SF BAY EVENTS: Fairfax Flea at The Garage [06.15.13] with @birthdaylifevintage

I am so excited for this market!  Allyson from Birthday Life Vintage and I will be selling here this weekend.  The Garage is a 1960’s era auto garage and gas station that has been converted into a pop up shop in the heart of Marin county’s downtown Fairfax.  It’s the home to a handfull of local artisans including two super cool peeps that I met at Alameda at the beginning of the month– Nathan and Monika of Parallel Print Shop.

Allyson and I will be sporting our 4th of July theme from Rosebowl with even more flair than before!  Come check it out, and get all your vintage red, white and blue BBQ party gear!  I will also be bringing the entire kids collection for all you fab earth-friendly moms and dads.  Be sure to scoop up some sweet finds for your dads for father’s day too (clothing, beer steins, & more)!

See you there!

POSTMORTEM: Silver Lake Art Craft & Vintage + Rose Bowl Flea Market

Last weekend Allyson from Birthday Life Vintage and I embarked on an epic road trip to Los Angeles to do two shows; Silver Lake Art Craft & Vintage and Rosebowl Flea Market. Silver Lake was such a cute little place, with the farmer’s market right down the street it was the perfect day for an outdoor fair!  Allyson and I had so much fun there, we hope you did too!

At Silver Lake, I met Carrie from Barrington Blue and Lisa from Recycculents.  It’s so funny, the day before the market, I was browsing through Instagram and I found Carrie’s photos and I fell in love with her designs.  As we pulled into the parking lot of the elementary school that morning to set up our booth, I instantly spotted Carrie’s upholstery work.  What a small world!

At the Rose Bowl, we decorated our space with a July 4th theme!  We got up super early (3am) and got to The Bowl at about 4:30am.  It was really crazy with all the pickers with their flashlights hunting us down and snooping through our van while we were unpacking!  It was so much fun though.

Allyson and I got so pumped for our themed booth that we even dressed up in matching outfits!  Allyson is wearing deadsock vintage red, white and blue floral capris and a boatneck red and white striped top.  I am wearing a red and white striped tank that I made and a maxi skirt I made from blue and white floral vintage fabric.

All day we ran into super cool, fun and fashionable people; and I couldn’t help but to take some pics!

See you at the next flea!

xoxo Joules
