I am so excited to participate in such an important event. A portion of the proceeds of this event will go to help support The Covenant House which is an organization that helps house homeless youth. At this time of year when it’s so easy to be focused on parties and finding that perfect ugly Christmas sweater, we fail to remember that this time of year is really about giving back. Join us for three days of shopping, music jamming, food samplin’, showin’ & sellin’ all in efforts to give local youth the best holiday they could have ever wished for.

“Show & Sell” at Betti Ono Gallery & Shop is a quarterly shopping/fundraiser event dedicated to giving something back!
Just in time for the holidays, the first “Show & Sell” pops up December 16-18, 2011. This weekend shopping event is another chance to find one of a kind art, original designs, gifts and collectors items by Bay Area labels, designers, makers and support a great cause too!
Come celebrate opening night with us on Friday, December 16th from 7-10 pm, with music, food & festivities! We’ve got a rare holiday set featuring the sounds of James Brown and other soul singers curated by Hip Hop is Cool Again and delicious food by Hils Cooking!
“Show & Sell” shopping days continue Saturday & Sunday in the gallery from 11-5pm in conjunction with a new neighborhood activity “Uptown Stroll”, with local bars, restaurants & businesses joining in to offer special holiday promotions on goods and services.
